Morgan Sindall wins £25m contract

Construction firm Morgan Sindall has won a £25m sustainable housing contract in Hackney. The contract covers two new sustainable housing schemes for Hackney Council that will create 149 homes. These homes have to be 44% more efficient that it they had been built to current building regulations. One development should be completed in March 2012 and the other by March 2014.
