Morgan Sindall in Hants regeneration project

Lovell, the affordable housing division of Morgan Sindall, has been chosen as a contractor for a major redevelopment programme in Hampshire.The £20m project will involve the demolition of 100 bungalows built in the sixties, and the construction of 189 energy-efficient new homes.Work is due to start in September 2009 and is scheduled to take two and a half years to complete.Lovell will be working with social housing provider Atlantic Housing, part of the First Wessex Housing Group. The Velmore Estate project will be the first on which Lovell has worked with the First Wessex Housing Group.
