(Sharecast News) - Software and services firm Marlowe has acquired fire safety outfit SF Fire as part of a deal valued up to £1.1m.

Marlowe said on Friday that the acquisition of Marlow, which included a payment contingent on integration of £100,000, will be funded from existing cash resources.

The AIM-listed firm also noted that for the year ended 30 September 2021, SF Fire generated pre-tax profits of £200,000 on revenues of £800,000. Net assets at 30 September were £500,000.

As of 1005 GMT, Marlowe shares were down 0.77% at 903.0p.
