Management Resource Solutions appoints Joe Clayton CEO

(ShareCast News) - Mining industry veteran Joe Clayton has been appointed chief executive of AIM-listed mining services provider Management Resources Solutions, with immediate effect.Clayton, a qualified mining engineer and a fellow of the Australian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy, has over 40 years' experience in the mining industry including over 26 years leading mining operations, project developments and mining services businesses.He was previously chief executive of SubZero Group, which was bought by the company in August after being placed into administration and receivership.Chairman Murray d'Almeida said, "Management Resources Solutions is particularly fortunate to have a person of Joe's calibre, experience and reputation to lead it. We look forward to him guiding the company's development and growth and making best use of the extensive opportunities in our sector."Clayton is also currently either a director or partner in eight firms: BDM Resources, Hapidayz HWC, Hapidayz Investments, Hapidayz Super, HHM Holdings, JNP Resources, MudScroll, and Yoothapina.
