Legal adviser quits Roc Oil

The share price of ROC Oil took a tumble Tuesday morning as the company announced the departure of a senior figure.Sheree Ford has resigned from her position as General Counsel and joint company secretary after almost six years with the company to pursue other business opportunities.Ford will leave the company at the end of the work.Leanne Nolan, who currently shares company secretary duties with Ford, will continue in her role.Tuesday morning’s share price reversal represents a rare reversal for the company which has seen its share price rise from around 20p a year ago to just under 40p. The share price hit a 52-week high of 44.5p in June.
