LONDON (Dow Jones)--Lancashire Holdings Limited (LRE.LN), a global provider of specialty insurance products, said Tuesday it purchased 25,900 Common Shares at a price of 521.24 pence per share ($7.82 per share at the current exchange rate). MAIN FACTS: -The lowest price and the highest price paid for these shares were 514.50 pence and 524.00 pence, respectively. -All the purchased shares will be cancelled. -Shares closed Monday at 522.0 pence.
