LONDON (Dow Jones)--Lancashire Holdings Limited (LRE.LN) said Wednesday it purchased 115,000 Common Shares at a price of 541.31 pence per share ($8.40 per share at the current exchange rate). MAIN FACTS: -The lowest price and the highest price paid for these shares were 539 pence and 542 pence, respectively. -All the purchased shares will be cancelled. -Shares at 0731 GMT down 5.0 pence, or 0.9%, at 536.5 pence.
