Laird buys Jarvis shares

Stuart Laird, who will become the new chief executive of Jarvis, has picked up 200,000 shares in the rail maintenance firm. Laird, who is currently the chief operating officer, bought the shares at 8.3p each. His total holding is 200,000 shares. Laird will takeover the reigns from current chief executive Richard Entwistle after the AGM in September.
