Kier Group Makes Stephen Bowcott An Executive Director

LONDON (Dow Jones)--Kier Group PLC (KIE.LN), a construction, development and service group, said Thursday that Stephen Bowcott, Managing Director of Kier Regional Ltd., has been appointed an executive director of Kier Group with effect from July 1.
