LONDON (Dow Jones)--German development bank KfW, guaranteed by the Federal Republic of Germany, has mandated Barclays PLC, Morgan Stanley and Royal Bank of Scotland Group PLC as joint bookrunners of its three-year, global dollar bond issue, a spokeswoman said Wednesday. The issue, maturing July 15, 2013, is expected to be launched and priced in the near future, subject to market conditions.
