Kitchen and bedroom supplier John Lewis of Hungerford (JLH) is changing its name and splitting its manufacturing, retail and installation businesses.JLH said it was planning to call itself Grove (Oxfordshire) - after the name of the address of its head office - to reflect a re-structuring of the business.The group is planning to create a new manufacturing and retail subsidiary called John Lewis of Hungerford Ltd.It also plans a new installation arm branded Artisan Installation Company Ltd.The company's installation business has increased revenue since it was set up in 2009 and the group says it now wants to turn it into a separate arm offering an outsourced installation service with third party retailers and contractors.Shares in JLH pared earlier losses to stand 0.15p or 9.7% down at 1.4p at 11:33 in London.PW
