John Laing Environmental Assets Group has completed its first three acquisitions since listing on the main market, spending 43.1m pounds on the projects.The group has completed the purchase of the Dumfries & Galloway waste project and the Hall Farm Wind project from John Laing Group, and the Tay Wastewater project from Henderson Secondary PFI Fund.As of 09:20 the share price had remained at 100p.WS
