Broadcasting group ITV has completed the acquisition of entertainment show producer Talpa Media.In March, the FTSE 100 group said it reached an agreement to buy the maker of reality television and dramas including 'The Voice' and 'Utopia' for £355m.Read more: ITV to acquire The Voice creator Talpa Media for £355mIn a short statement on Tuesday, ITV said the acquisition was in line with its strategy of building "a content business that creates and owns entertainment formats and dramas that sell internationally", adding it would strengthen its position in the market.ITV shares were up 0.98% to 256.80p at 09:44 on Tuesday.
