ITV appoints Senior Independent Director

Broadcaster ITV has promoted one of its non-executive board members to the role of Senior Independent Director in place of Mike Clasper, who stepped down from the board at the end of 2013. Andy Haste joined the board in August 2008 and became Chairman of the Remuneration Committee in 2010.ITV shares were down 0.05% at 195.20p at 16:13 following the announcement on Tuesday. NR
