ITV announces step-down rating change to notes

Broadcaster ITV has said that there has been a step-down rating change in relation to its series 2006-1 notes.The rate of interest on the £250m notes will decrease from 7.375% to 6.125% from the interest payment date of January 5th 2014. The change is due to Moody's August announcement that it had upgraded the ratings on all of ITV's senior unsecured debt from Ba1 to Baa3. ITV's senior unsecured debt is currently rated as BBB- by S&P. NR
