(Sharecast News) - Digital identity, credential management and secure mobility specialist Intercede announced on Monday that the sale of one of its UK properties completed on 5 April.The AIM-traded firm said the property was no longer required following its change in strategy, which it outlined in its 2018 annual report.It said the sale resulted in net proceeds of £0.42m, and a profit on disposal of £0.05m."Further detail will be provided within Intercede's final results, which are expected to be published in June," the Intercede board said in its statement.
