Iberia Express, the controversial airline created by Iberia, the Spanish airline operated by International Airlines Group (IAG), has already passed the one million-passenger mark within its first five months of take-off.The creation of the new low-cost airline was behind several labour strikes at the Spanish company, especially by Sepla, the labour trade union representing Iberia's 1,600 pilots.The low cost airline has a fleet of 11 airplanes and operates 17 routes, 12 national and five European routes.
