The joint bookrunners were J.P. Morgan, Morgan Stanley and RBC Capital Markets and the co-managers were Barclays Capital, BBVA, Citigroup, Credit Suisse, Daiwa Capital Markets, Deutsche Bank, HSBC, Royal Bank of Scotland, TD Securities and UBS. The bonds are rated AAA by Standard & Poor's and Aaa by Moody's Investors Service.
