LONDON (Dow Jones)--HSBC Holdings PLC (HSBA.LN), a global banking and financial services company, said Monday Niall Booker has been promoted to Chief Executive Officer of HSBC North America Holdings Inc. with effect from August 1, succeeding Brendan McDonagh who has announced his retirement with effect from July 31.
