High-level changes at City of London Group

(ShareCast News) - City of London Group announced some high level changes on Monday, including the appointment of Jason Granite as an executive director with immediate effect.At the same time, the AIM-traded company said John Kent was standing down as chief executive with effect from 30 April.It said Granite was bringing with him more than 20 years of experience in law, corporate finance, principal investing and investment management.He is currently chief executive and chief investment officer of FCFM Group, where he is the largest shareholder and responsible for both its principal investing strategy and fund management business.He also serves as a director and chief investment officer at Frenkel Topping Group, where he is responsible for managing over £650m of assets on behalf of its clients.
