HICL Infrastructure names Ian Russell as new chairman

(ShareCast News) - HICL Infrastructure announced on Friday the appointment of Ian Russell as chairman to replace Graham Picken.Russell takes over on 1 March 2016 after a handover period. Picken will stand down no later than 30 June 2016.
