LONDON (Dow Jones)--Hays Plc (HAS.LN), a global specialist recruitment Group, announced Thursday that Alan Thomson will be joining the Board as a non-executive director on October 1, and will become Chairman following the Annual General Meeting on Nov. 10, when Bob Lawson, the present Chairman, will retire from the Board.
