Harvest Minerals begins trial mining at Maximus Prospect

(ShareCast News) - Harvest Minerals said it has been awarded a trial mining permit and that it has begun trial mining at the Maximus Prospect, part of its Arapua Fertilizer Project, in Brazil."The award of the trial mining permit has enabled us to achieve our stated goal of first production at Maximus this year," the company said in a statement.Separately, Harvest said it had signed a Letter of Intent to supply up to 45Kt of KPfértil throughout 2017 to a major coffee producer in the Carmo region, close to the Arapua project.At about 13:52 GMT, shares in AIM-listed Harvest were up 10% to 22p.
