Geoff Doherty will swap convenience foods for high performance insulation when Greencore's finance boss moves to Kingspan at the end of 2010.The 39-year-old joined the €280m Irish company as group financial controller in 2001, eventually joining the board four years later. But after nearly a decade it's time to move on and fellow Irish firm, €900m Kingspan, will welcome Doherty as FD designate on 1 January. He'll then take over from Dermot Mulvihill who retires later in the year."Since joining Greencore Group plc in 2001 Geoff has made an immense contribution to the development of the company and while we are sorry to see him leave, we wish him every success in his future career," said Greencore chairman Ned Sullivan.
