(ShareCast News) - Graeme Jenkins will no longer be joining Pets at Home as chief financial officer.Earlier this month, Pets at Home announced a delay to Jenkins' joining date following media reports of an investigation into supplier payments at department store chain Target Australia, where he was was chief financial officer.It said at the time that Jenkins' joining date would be finalised once the investigation was concluded.On Monday, the retailer did not provide much detail about why Jenkins would not be joining the group, saying only that the decision had been made "by mutual agreement".Pets at Home said the search for a permanent CFO will recommence, as it announced the appointment of Mark Adams as interim CFO, who will be responsible for overseeing the finance department during the intervening period.Adams has previously held the role of CFO at Hastings Insurance Group, easyJet plc, Helphire Group plc, Alpha Airports Group Plc and STA Travel Group.At 1506 BST, Pets at Home shares were down 0.2% to 255.60p.
