Golden Saint Resources CEO steps down

Golden Saint Resources said Nick Burn, the company's Chief Executive and Chief Geologist, has resigned. The West-Africa mining group has appointed Chairman Cyril D'Silva to take over until a permanent replacement is found.He will be assisted by Ernest Benjamin Sao Gbappi, the newly appointed Chief Resident Geologist in Sierra Leone.Ernest has taken over the geological project responsibilities from Tyril Gouldson, who has recently resigned as the company's Consultant Senior Geologist due to health reasons.Shares fell 16.68% to 8.75p at 13:22 on Thursday.RD
