The potential flotation of Xstrata's biggest shareholder has boosted the miner. Glencore, the world's largest commodity trader, could be one of the biggest flotations on the London market. Engine designer Rolls-Royce has announced a clutch of contract wins worth $110m in total for energy projects across the globe. Bank of America Merrill Lynch has upgraded Rolls-Royce from neutral to buy, Shares in Cobham have fallen back after it announced that it is paying an initial $28m for RVision Inc and Bank of America Merrill Lynch downgraded from buy to neutral because of defence spending worries.Up to $20m more is payable for RVision between 2012 and 2014 depending on performance.
