(Sharecast News) - Virgin Atlantic said on Wednesday that it still in talks with Flybe about potentially making a takeover offer for the regional carrier. The airline founded by Richard Branson said it was continuing to "review its options" about whether to potentially make an offer for Flybe."There can be no certainty that any offer will be made nor as to the terms upon which any offer may be made," Virgin stressed.Having fallen to an all-time low below 10p in mid-November, shares in Flybe have surged following reports that BA owner International Consolidated Airlines was considering a bid.On Wednesday they perked up more than 10% to 16.79p.
