BRUSSELS (Dow Jones)--European banking regulators are still finalizing the wording of a planned communication detailing the names of banks undergoing stress tests and the scope of those tests, a person familiar with the matter said Wednesday. The details are now more likely to be released Thursday, the person said. "The text is now more or less finalized. Some countries wanted clarification on the legality of certain things, but it's nearly there," the person said. "I think the feeling now is that it makes more sense to release the information tomorrow rather than in the middle of a football match." Some national regulators have been unhappy with various elements of the text, people close to the matter told Dow Jones Newswires earlier. -By Carolyn Henson, Dow Jones Newswires; +32 2 741 1481;
