Essentra completes purchase of Kelvindale Products

FTSE 250-listed Essentra has completed the acquisition of Kelvindale Products, the packaging supplier told investors on Monday. The Australia-based firm, which manufactures and distributes a range of plastic protection and finishing products, will be reported under Component & Protection Solutions.Essentra said the purchase was part of its Vision 2015 strategy of complementing balanced, profitable organic growth with value-adding transactions. Shares rose 0.73% to 830.50p by 13:30. NR
