(Sharecast News) - Low-cost airline EasyJet confirmed on Wednesday that chief financial officer designate Kenton Jarvis would take up the role on 3 February.
EasyJet added that current CFO Andrew Findlay would also step down from both the position and the board on the same date.

The FTSE 250-listed firm stated there would also be a short handover to ensure "a smooth transition".

As of 0835 BST, EasyJet shares were down 2.87% at 471.0p.
