easyJet October passengers up 6.6%

No frills airline easyjet said it carried 4.22m passengers in October, up 6.6% from a year earlier. October's load factor was 86.8%, up from 83.9% the same month a year earlier, making 45.42m for the rolling 12 months, up 2.6% from the year before.easyJet will announce its results for the year end 30 September 2009 on 17 November 2009.In September Europe's second-largest budget airline announced it would ground one in five Luton flights, pull out of East Midlands airport and cut 40 jobs as it faces rising airport costs.
