LONDON (Dow Jones)--EasyJet PLC (EZJ.LN) has been threatened with losing the right to its name by founder and shareholder Stelios Haji-Ioannou because he is angry about the airline's poor punctuality performance, The Daily Telegraph reports Wednesday, citing a letter Haji-Ioannou's lawyers have sent to the airline. In the letter, Haji-Ioannou has demanded that the airline improves its performance within 90 days or it will lose the right to use the easyJet name, the paper says, adding that the airline is disputing his right to terminate the brand name.
