Dotdigital directors sell shares to meet investor demand

Bosses of Dotdigital, including its chief executive, have reduced their holdings in the company to meet investor demand, the online marketing software supplier said on Monday.CEO Peter Simmonds, chief technical officer Simon Bird and chief operating officer Tink Taylor each dumped one million shares on the market at 28.41p apiece, generating £284,100 each.Simmonds only recently increased his stake in the company with the purchase of 17,629 shares at 30.56p.
