Domino's Pizza is making another try to return a big chunk of cash to shareholders through a tender offer after a dip in its share price scuppered the first attempt. The pizza delivery firm has trimmed the amount being offered this time from £19m to £17.5m, while the price the company will pay has also been reduced to 292p from 317p. The shares closed last night at 292p. If the share price falls this time, Domino's will adjust the price and size of the offer accordingly.
