Directors dealings: Computacenter chairman stocks up

(ShareCast News) - Computacenter's non-executive chairman bought into the shares of the IT infrastructure services provider again, picking up 10,000 shares at an individual price of 721p on 14 November, the company said in a statement.It marked Gregory Hugh Lock's sixth round of purchases since the company's last trading stating statement, issued on 21 October.A person closely associated with the chairman, Rosemary Lock, had also bought shares via two different transactions since then.On that occasion, the firm reiterated its expectations for the full-year 2016 at the same time that it posted a 2% rise in overall revenues for its third quarter to reach £735m."While much remains to be done in 2016 in the all-important fourth quarter, the performance in the third quarter has re-enforced our confidence for the year as a whole."Prospects for 2017 and beyond, particularly driven by the increased adoption of the digital workplace, are encouraging across all our geographies," management said in its trading statement.Previously, on 29 September, analysts at Berenberg had initiated their coverage of the company with a 'hold' recommendation and a target price of 750p"The UK mid-cap TMT sector has undergone a period of consolidation in the past decade.
