Director dealings: Surface Transforms CEO raises stake

(Sharecast News) - Surface Transforms revealed on Tuesday that chief executive Dr Kevin Johnson had acquired 10.18m ordinary shares in the AIM-listed manufacturer.

Johnson purchased the shares on Friday at an average price of 0.38p each, for a total value of £38,250.48.

Following the transaction, Johnson now holds a beneficial interest in 14.94m ordinary Surface Transforms shares, representing 1.15% of the company's total voting rights.

As of 1620 BST, Surface Transforms shares surged 39.24% to 0.55p.
