Director dealings: Softcat CFO snaps up shares

(Sharecast News) - Softcat revealed on Wednesday that chief financial officer had Kathryn Mecklenburgh acquired 20,530 ordinary shares in the FTSE 250-listed-listed IT firm.

Mecklenburgh, who joined Softcat in June 2023, purchased the shares on Monday at an average price of £14.58, for a total value of £299,532.70.

As of 1600 GMT, Softcat shares were up 0.14% at 1,433p.
