Director dealings: NWF Group chair raises stake

(Sharecast News) - NWF Group revealed on Monday that chairwoman Amanda Burton had acquired 18,470 ordinary shares in the AIM-listed agricultural and distribution business.

Burton, who took over as chair in September 2024, purchased the shares on Friday at an average price of 134p each, for a total value of £24,749.80.

Following the transaction, Burton holds a beneficial interest in 35,724 ordinary NWF shares, representing approximately 0.07% of the company's issued share capital.

As of 1455 GMT, NWF shares were up 0.72% at 135.97p.
