Director dealings: Hikma vice chair invests, Kier executives offload shares

(Sharecast News) - Hikma Pharmaceuticals and Kier Group both reported director share dealings on Wednesday.

Hikma said executive vice chairman Mazen Darwazah purchased 14,000 shares in the company at a price of 1,603p each, for a total consideration of about £224,418.

The transaction took place on 16 September on the London Stock Exchange.

Separately, Kier said two senior executives sold a combined 600,000 shares the same day.

Chief financial officer Simon Kesterton disposed of 350,000 shares at 203.95p apiece, raising around £713,825.

Group managing director for transportation Giuseppe Incutti meanwhile sold 125,000 shares at 209.51p, 67,500 at 202.79p, and 57,500 at 205.01p, for a total of approximately £516,653.

At 1429 BST, shares in Hikma Pharmaceuticals were up 0.37% at 1,622p, while those in Kier Group were ahead 1.46% at 208.5p.
