Director dealings: Greencore chairman raises stake

(Sharecast News) - Greencore revealed on Thursday that non-executive chair Leslie Van de Walle had acquired 350,000 shares in the FTSE 250-listed food company.

Van de Walle, who joined Greencore in December 2022, purchased the shares on Wednesday at an average price of 238p each, for a total value of £833,000.04.

As of 1525 BST, Greencore shares were up 0.50% at 241.80p.
