Director dealings: Craneware co-founder and CEO ups stake in firm

(Sharecast News) - Craneware's chief executive Keith Neilson purchased 4,848 ordinary shares in the AIM-listed firm on Monday, upping his stake to a total of 3.38m or 12.7% of the company's issued share capital.Neilson, who co-founded the firm back in 1999, acquired the shares at an average price of 3,081.91p, for a total value of £149,410.99.Craneware told investors at the start of its trading year that the company had experienced a "positive start" to trading in the first four months of the year, as they gathered for the annual general meeting.Neilson said that its positive start had added to its $6m contract win to extend the scope of solutions provided to an existing unnamed customer.As of 1610 BST, Craneware shares had jumped 4.73% to 3,194.40p.Top Director BuysSymphony International Holdings Ltd.
