Director dealings: Bloomsbury Publishing director snaps up shares

(Sharecast News) - Bloomsbury Publishing revealed on Tuesday that non-executive director Leslie-Ann Reed had acquired 12,139 ordinary shares in the FTSE 250-listed publishing house.

Reed, who joined the Bloomsbury board in July 2019, purchased the shares on Monday at an average price of 659.0p each, for a total value of £79,996.01.

As of 1600 GMT, Bloomsbury Publishing shares were down 0.89% at 666.0p.
