(Sharecast News) - Baltic Classifieds Group was at the top of the list of director buys on Monday, after it disclosed a near-£0.5m purchase made by its chair.
The FTSE 250 company, which operates online trading platforms for goods and services in the Baltic states, said Trevor Mather bought 357,150 shares on Thursday, outside a trading venue.
He paid 136.4p per share, spending £487,152.59 in the process.
On the selling side of the ledger, IWG disclosed a number of transactions made by non-executive director Francois Pauly.
The FTSE 250 serviced office provider said Francois sold 50,000 shares on Friday across 32 transactions.
He sold them for a weighted average price of 258p across all of the transactions, making it a £129,000 payday for the director, who is also the chief executive of Swiss private banking firm, the Edmond de Rothschild Group.
