Director dealings: Accler8 chairman raises stake

(Sharecast News) - Acceler8 Ventures revealed on Tuesday that chairman Nigel Rudd had acquired 121,429 ordinary shares in the London-listed life sciences business.

Rudd, who joined Accler8 in August 2023, purchased the shares at an average price of 70p each, for a total price of £85,000.30.

Following the transaction, Rudd holds a beneficial interest in 10.64m ordinary Acceler8 shares, representing approximately 1.40% of the company's issued ordinary share capital.

As of 1530 BST, Acceler8 shares were up 4.84% at 65p.
