Director dealings: 3i Group CEO raises stake

(Sharecast News) - 3i Group revealed on Monday that chief executive Simon Borrows had acquired 350,147 ordinary shares in the FTSE 100-listed private equity and venture capital firm.

Borrows, who snapped up the shares via various trusts, made the purhcase at an average price of £25.55 each, for a total value of £8.94m.

As of 1400 BST, 3i shares were up 1.25% at 2,352p.
