Director dealing: ITV's Crozier and finance chief take profits

(ShareCast News) - ITV's chief executive and finance director have sold around £2m of shares in the broadcaster. CEO Adam Crozier sold 500,000 shares at a price of 200p to gross a cool £1m, while numbers man Ian Griffiths did not get as quite as good a deal via his broker, falling £3,500 short of his boss's gain after selling at a price of 199.3p a share. With the UK advertising market stalling over 2016, shares in the broadcaster have sunk from more than 275p at the start of the year to not far over 150p in the wake of the Brexit vote.Recently Crozier and co were in the news over their aborted attempt to acquire Canadian film and TV distributor and rights owner Entertainment One, feeling that the FTSE 250 company was asking too much.
