Director dealing: Icap's new CFO dips in

(ShareCast News) - The day after Icap gained final approval to sell its voice broking arm, finance director Stuart Bridges showed his confidence in the deal with a £118,425 purchase of shares. Bridges, who joined the interdealer broker from the same role at specialist insurer Hiscox in September, acquired his first 25,000 ordinary shares in the company on Wednesday at a price of 473.7p per share. On Tuesday, the FTSE 250 company's bondholders approved the planned sale of its hybrid voice broking and information business to Tullett Prebon, following the approval from Tullett shareholders last week.
