Crystal buys more of Sutton Harbour

Activist investor Crystal Amber Fund appears to have bought the Universities Superannuation Scheme Ltd stake in AIM-quoted Sutton Harbour.Crystal Amber has acquired the exact number of shares that the Universities Superannuation Scheme has previously been said to own. That takes its stake in the port operator, property developer and airline company from 5.08% to 8.57%. That makes Crystal Amber the second largest shareholder after Rotolok, which owns 25.45% of Sutton Harbour.This sparked a sharp rise in the Sutton Harbour share price. It improved 5p to 46.5p a share today.
