Clarkson's CFO Jeff Woyda to hold COO role as well

Shipping services company Clarkson announced that Jeff Woyda has been appointed chief operating officer, in addition to his current role as chief financial officer.Chief executive Andi Case said: "Jeff joined Clarkson in 2006 and has played a major role in the growth and development of the business over the last 9 years.The board believes this appointment better reflects Jeff's remit and role within the business and on behalf of the entire Board I would like to congratulate him."
